This article was added on Sunday, June 3rd, 2012

Orla Feeney is many things. A DJ, a producer, a radio presenter and now, a soon to be mega star.

Having announced her arrival on the scene a couple of years ago with her debut hit “Comic Strip” on Paul Van Dyk’s “VANDIT” imprint she has quietly built her profile and career over the last few years with a string of hits on the label including “Lesson Learned”, “Bittersweet” and “Pink Noise” amongst others. She has remixed for and has been remixed by such names as Giuseppe OttavianiSean Tyas, Marc Simz & Full Tilt but enough of the past…

Today seen the announcement and the arrival of Orla at the top table of Trance. Having already conquered her own backyard of Ireland gig wise and spread her wings to gigs in the UK, USA and Asia the ante has been upped with the announcement of her debut at without doubt one off, if not thee biggest festivals of the summer, “Tomorrowland”.

Lining up alongside Trance heavyweights such as Paul Van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Aly & Fila, Marco V and more, “Tomorrowland completes a quadruple helping of summer festivals for Orla which also see’s her play at “Airbeat One Festival” in Germany, “Joy Festival” in Ireland and a huge yet to be announced appearance at a festival in Poland. When you surround these start-studded gigs with appearances at Digital Society in the UK, Lush! In Ireland and yet to be announced gigs in USA, India and more you can quickly see its going to be one hectic but fun summer for the Irish Queen of Trance.

Fans can also look forward to a heap of brand new Original material from Orla over the coming months. Following on from her recent remix of “Marc Simz – Forbidden City” and soon to be released are collaborations with Tom ColontonioLisa Lashes & Indecent Noise while new originals such as “Rollercoster” are awaiting release dates.

This is definitely one artist not to take your eye off or to underestimate..
